Method & Movement
How a brief becomes a uniform.
Three steps. Two sign-offs. One studio. The whole run lands at your dock in 28 to 35 days, photographed and accounted for.
Start a briefDURATION
3, 5 days
Step 001
Understand
001 / Method
Understand.
The brief is the brief. And then the brief is the room.
Every engagement opens with a 30-minute call. We listen for the moment, the all-hands, the tradeshow, the foreman who needs to look like he belongs on the roof. Apparel without context is just laundry.
Within 48 hours, we send back a one-page brief: who, where, when, and the single sentence the garment is meant to say. You sign it. We start cutting paper.
DURATION
7, 10 days
Step 002
Design
002 / Method
Design.
Three patterns. Two palettes. One conversation per round.
Our designers work in parallel, pattern, palette, and placement, and present three directions in the first round. Every pattern is shown on the actual garment, in the actual colorway, with the actual print process baked into the proof.
Two revisions are included. Most teams land on round two. We tighten the typography, run the colors against your existing brand assets, and prepare a digital proof and a physical sample for sign-off.
DURATION
14, 20 days
Step 003
Produce
003 / Method
Produce.
Cut, printed, finished, and shipped from one room.
Production happens in our Brooklyn studio, never outsourced, never split across vendors. We use a domestic mill for fabric and a single press operator who knows your file by the third run.
Every garment is hand-checked before it leaves. We photograph 10% of the run, send a full receipt of approved units, and ship in branded boxes that look as considered as the goods inside.
The Promise
Dock to dock,
28–35 days.
From signed brief to delivered goods. We commit to the window in writing, and if we miss it, we credit the shipping. So far, we haven't credited the shipping.

Read the full FAQTwenty-four garments per style. We accept mixed sizes within the run, and we keep your pattern on file for re-orders down to a single carton.
Yes, within the tolerances of fabric printing. We work in Pantone references, run a strike-off on the actual fabric, and you sign-off before the full run starts.
Always. Our in-house design team builds the pattern, the palette, and the placement. If you have brand assets, we adapt. If not, we begin from your sentence.
We replace it. The 10% photo audit is yours to keep, and any defects flagged within 14 days of delivery are remade at no charge.
