Twenty-four garments per style. Within that minimum we accept any mix of sizes, so a run of 24 polos can be 6 medium, 8 large, 6 XL, and 4 XXL. We keep your artwork and pattern on file so re-orders down to a single carton are straightforward.

Yes. We produce a single approved sample (one garment, one color, your final pattern) for $180. The sample fee is credited toward the final run once you sign off.

Standard turnaround is 28–35 days from signed brief to delivered goods. Most of that is design rounds and approved sampling, the actual press time on a 200-piece run is roughly four days.

Limited slots. We can compress the standard window by roughly 7 days for a 15% expedite fee. The catch is artwork sign-off has to happen inside 48 hours. Ask early.

No. Cutting, printing, finishing, and packaging all happen in our Brooklyn studio under one roof. The only thing we outsource is the freight carrier.

Performance cotton-poly blends (60/40 and 65/35), heavyweight brushed fleece, and structured twill for caps. We source from a domestic mill that lets us hand-pick lots, and we won't run a fabric we haven't worn ourselves.

Yes, within the tolerances of fabric printing. We work in Pantone references, run a strike-off on the actual fabric, and you sign-off in person or via overnight sample before the full run starts.

We have GOTS-certified organic cotton tees and a recycled-poly performance polo on the line. They run a 12–18% premium over the standard blends. Ask for the eco-deck at the brief stage.

Continental US is standard via UPS Ground, included in the quote for runs over $500. We ship internationally via DHL on quote-by-quote basis. Hawaii and Alaska add ~$60 per carton.

Flat-rate shipping for most orders, with free shipping over $500. Larger runs (1,000+ units) are quoted as freight. Tracking is sent the day the run leaves the studio.

Yes. We'll consolidate into multi-address pick packs at $4 per address. Useful for distributed teams and franchise networks.

We replace it. Every run is hand-checked before it leaves the studio, and we photograph a random 10% of units as a visual receipt. Any defects flagged within 14 days of delivery are remade at no charge.

Custom-decorated goods aren't returnable in the traditional sense, they're yours. But if we got something wrong, sizing, color, pattern placement, we remake it. No restocking fees, no arguments.

Re-orders match the original strike-off within Delta-E 2.0, imperceptible to the human eye. We keep a physical reference sample on file for every run we ship.
