01/Why this matters

Fabric is the single biggest driver of whether your team actually wears the apparel you ordered. Get it wrong, the polos sit in a closet. Get it right, your warehouse manager wears yours on weekends.

02/60/40 cotton-poly performance

Our Signature Polo lives here. Cotton handles sweat, poly handles abrasion and shape retention. The blend gives you a shirt that survives a 12-hour shift on a job site and looks pressed for a client lunch.

03/100% Pima

For brands that need to feel premium at first touch, luxury B2B services, hospitality, agencies. More expensive, less forgiving when stained.

04/320–450gsm brushed-back fleece

Quarter-zips and hoodies. The brushed back is the secret, it's why a Forge fleece feels like cashmere on a Tuesday morning and your cheap promo hoodie feels like cardboard.

05/Six-panel structured cotton

Caps. Six panels hold their shape; five panels collapse. If the brim isn't curved out of the box, the cap was made wrong.
